Relaxed Romance at the Carriage Rooms
‘Dreamy’ and ‘romantic’ were the key words which inspired Jessica and Phillip’s wedding day - ‘with lots of flowers’. From their venue choice, right through to the reception styling, this couple really knew how to deliver a memorable day. ‘We wanted the day to be full of love and happiness and quite relaxed rather than being caught up in the formalities of the day.’
From an idyllic engagement in the Boboli gardens in Florence, the couple opted for a church ceremony followed by a reception in the Carriage Rooms at Montalto. Nestled in the stunning Co Down Countryside, this private venue boasts a beautifully romantic atmosphere, with exposed stone walls and exquisite gardens.
With Betty Williamson on board for planning and styling, a fabulous team came together to create a breathtaking space. The Rosehip and Berry provided an abundance of arrangements including an epic installation for the top table. Delicate linens, silk ribbon and dreamy candlelight made for a gorgeously cosy atmosphere.
The couple opted for our semi-custom Audrey suite, with touches of gold leaf. A large fabric banner provided a statement entrance and a perfect keepsake to treasure for years to come. Wax seal details helped to continue the delicate metallic accents throughout.
Jessica said it perfectly when she added to ‘trust your vendors’. This really was a picture perfect day in the most truly unique and wonderful setting.
