Care: Iron on reverse side on low with minimal steam

Customisation:
- Please send your image via email, with your order number, to hello@frecklesandfern.com. Images must be high resolution for a quality print finish. We are more than happy to customise the wording to your liking
Proofs:
- Within 5 business days, you will receive one digital proof of your banner to approve. One round of minor revisions is also complimentary.
- Grammar / spelling is the responsibility of the buyer so please ensure to check proofs thoroughly prior to signing off for printing
Dispatch:
Please allow 1-2 weeks for production once your banner has been approved for print
Return policy:
- Due to the personalised nature of the item, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued
- Please, note that due to a variety of factors (including printing process, sewing, and hemming process), Freckles & Fern cannot guarantee 100% consistency and accuracy of the colour or size of each banner. Each banner is unique due to its handmade quality
- Your images will not be edited in any way by Freckles & Fern. Colours may vary slightly from digital image to printed item
